The information you provide is used to prepare for and deliver your consultation, and to build the detailed written analysis of recommended clinics that follows it. 

Specifically, we use your information to: 

  • Prepare for your one-to-one consultation, using the details you provide beforehand 

  • Inform our discussion and any further information gathered during your consultation 

  • Combine this with our clinic research to prepare your detailed written analysis, including recommended clinics, success rates in context, and relevant considerations 

  • Communicate with you about your booking or enquiry 

  • Improve our services and website 

  • Meet our legal and regulatory obligations 

If you engage us for further services, such as our concierge service (which may include liaison with clinics on your behalf), we may also use your information to provide that service. We will always seek your express permission before sharing your information with any clinic or other third party. 

We do not use your information for purposes beyond those listed above, without your consent. 

How We Store Your Information 

Information collected as part of your pre-consultation intake is stored on a secure database hosted on Microsoft Azure, with data held within Australia. 

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure, including the use of secure, access-controlled systems. 

Third-Party Services 

We use a small number of trusted third-party services to run our business, including: 

  • Acuity Scheduling, for appointment booking and scheduling 

  • Microsoft Azure, for secure data storage 

  • Mighty Networks, for our online community, if you choose to join 

  • Squarespace, for hosting our website 

These providers may process limited personal information on our behalf, solely for the purpose of delivering their service to us. We select providers who take data security seriously, but we encourage you to review their own privacy policies for further detail. 

Sharing Your Information 

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes. 

If you choose to take up additional services, such as our concierge service, we may need to share relevant information with a clinic or other third party on your behalf. We will always request your express permission before doing so. 

We may also share your information where required by law, or where necessary to protect the safety of you or others.

You have the right to: 

  • Ask what personal information we hold about you 

  • Request corrections to your information 

  • Request that your information be deleted, subject to any legal obligations we have to retain it
